Awards
In 2011, I won an Amnesty Media Award for best photojournalism story in a magazine for the following story by Robin Hammond. Robin and I developed the idea of recreating one of the scenes in his original story as if it had happened in the UK. I commissioned a local photographer to replicate this image, which was then used alongside his original in the opening spread with powerful impact.
In 2009 I won a P&G Beauty Award for a story I commissioned, art directed and produced with Ted Humble Smith for InStyle Magazine. Everything in the shoot was done in camera - not something that happens much these days!
